All sales are final. Refunds are processed at the sole discretion of Velo Hosting and will only be considered in cases of service non-performance or other extenuating circumstances. Disputes must be reported directly to our support team within a reasonable time frame.
Customers may cancel their service at any time. To ensure a smooth termination process, customers are required to submit a cancellation request through their account management portal at least 30 days prior to the desired service termination date.
Velo Hosting shall not be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to, lost profits, downtime, lost data, or customer business interruption, however caused and on any theory of liability arising in any way out of this agreement.
Velo Hosting provides customer support for issues directly related to hosting infrastructure, with services outlined in the customer's service level agreement. Support for application-specific issues, including game server or website administration, is not covered under standard support agreements.
Promotional offers are subject to change without notice. Promotions cannot be combined with other ongoing offers or discounts and are subject to specific terms and conditions, which must be met by the customers to qualify for the promotion.

"Unlimited" hosting services are provided within the confines of what Velo Hosting deems normal operation. Velo Hosting reserves the right to review and limit processing power, memory, or disk space for accounts deemed to exceed normal use.
Velo Hosting reserves the right to terminate services for any customer in breach of the terms of service or for activities that, in Velo Hosting's judgment, are harmful to the normal operation of our service or other customers.

These communications may involve sending emails to your email address provided during registration or posting communications on the Velo Hosting website and will include notices about your account (e.g., payment authorizations, change in password or Payment Method, confirmation e-mails, and other transactional information). This document is provided "as is" without any warranties, and Velo Hosting reserves the right to modify any of the terms and conditions at any time.
