Listed package prices exclude 10% VAT unless noted. No physical shipping fees. Gateway fees (if any) are shown before confirmation.
Paid orders are not changed unfavorably. Future price changes are published before applying.

a) Ordering/payment 24/7. Support 08:00–23:00; urgent infrastructure incidents 24/7/365.
b) Online nationwide/international delivery; infrastructure in Vietnam. May be limited by law or authority orders.
c) Users must be 16+; registration information must be accurate.
d) Resources follow purchased plans; usage must not exceed limits.
e) Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, incidents, attacks, or force majeure. Uptime follows the SLA; Terms violations may lead to suspension/termination.

DPTCloud does not currently offer livestream selling.

Article 13. Delivery policy (physical goods)
DPTCloud does not sell physical goods and does not use physical logistics.
Digital handover: credentials by email and/or http://id.dptcloud.vn after payment — see Article 15.

Article 15. Service provision method
After payment, VPS/Game Hosting credentials are typically emailed within 1–30 minutes; Dedicated per agreement (often 24–72h).
Manage services at id.dptcloud.vn. Prohibited uses include mining, attacks, spam, or illegal content.

Termination may occur for expiry without renewal, customer request, Terms violation, or unrecovered outages under the SLA.
