This policy complies with Decree 13/2023/ND-CP of the Vietnamese Government. We are committed to data protection principles and respecting data subject rights.
1. Data Collection
1.1. Personal information: Name, email, phone number, address, ID/Tax Code (if needed for invoices) upon registration.
1.2. Payment information: Processed by secure partners (we do not store full card numbers).
1.3. Technical & Log info: IP, browser, device, access history, and system logs for security and operations.
1.4. Cookies & Tracking: Behavioral data to improve experience and marketing.
2. Purpose of Use
2.1. Provide, activate, and manage registered services.
2.2. Verify identity and prevent fraud.
2.3. Send renewal notices, maintenance alerts, invoices, and important info.
2.4. Technical support and dispute resolution.
2.5. Comply with competent authority requirements.
3. Data Protection
3.1. Applying SSL/TLS encryption, firewalls, and advanced cybersecurity measures.
3.2. Stored in Tier 3 Data Centers with strict physical access control.
3.3. Only authorized employees access data for work purposes.
4. User Rights
4.1. You have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data (except data required by Accounting/Cybersecurity laws).
4.2. You have the right to withdraw marketing consent at any time.
4.3. To exercise rights, please contact our DPO via email.
5. Data Sharing
5.1. We DO NOT sell your data.
5.2. Only share with third parties (payment gateways, shipping, domain registrars) as necessary to provide service.
5.3. Provide to authorities upon legal request.
6. Data Retention
6.1. Account data is retained while service is active.
6.2. Transaction/Invoice data retained minimum 10 years per Accounting Law.
6.3. System logs retained minimum 12 months per Cybersecurity Law.
7. Cookies
7.1. Use cookies to maintain login sessions and remember settings.
7.2. Use analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to optimize website.
7.3. You can disable cookies in browser, but some features may not work.
8. Children's Privacy
Services not intended for under 16s. We will delete data if collected from children is detected.
9. Xem và chỉnh sửa dữ liệu
9.1. Bạn có thể đăng nhập tài khoản tại http://id.dptcloud.vn để xem và cập nhật thông tin hồ sơ.
9.2. Hoặc gửi yêu cầu chỉnh sửa tới [email protected] / hệ thống ticket; DPTCloud phản hồi trong vòng 03 ngày làm việc sau khi xác minh chủ thể dữ liệu.
10. Xóa, hủy hoặc hạn chế xử lý dữ liệu
10.1. Gửi yêu cầu xóa/hủy/hạn chế xử lý dữ liệu qua email [email protected] hoặc ticket, kèm thông tin xác minh tài khoản.
10.2. Thời hạn xử lý: 07–15 ngày làm việc, trừ các dữ liệu bắt buộc lưu trữ theo Luật Kế toán, Luật An ninh mạng và quy định khác.
10.3. Khi yêu cầu được chấp thuận, DPTCloud sẽ thông báo kết quả qua email đã đăng ký.
11. Khiếu nại liên quan đến bảo mật thông tin
11.1. Tiếp nhận qua ticket tại http://id.dptcloud.vn, email [email protected] hoặc trang Báo cáo vấn đề https://dptcloud.vn/vi/legal/report-issue.
11.2. Phản hồi ban đầu trong 24 giờ; thời hạn giải quyết dự kiến 03–07 ngày làm việc tùy mức độ phức tạp.
